Premium Turnkey Fit-Out at Linden Luxury Residences

This project began at the very onset of the full-scale war. To say it was challenging would be an understatement. However, the client made a strong-willed decision to move forward. For us, this residence became a test of skill, requiring not only premium custom furniture design but also complex engineering and Heavy-duty durability standards.

Precision Engineering & Blum Revego Innovations

Our process started with highly accurate 3D laser scanning of the premises and the development of detailed structural design documentation using BAZIS software. When German suppliers refused to sell us the innovative Blum Revego pocket system—doubting our ability to install it—we took it as a challenge. We procured the mechanisms through our Polish company and became the first furniture manufacturer to successfully integrate the Revego system in Ukraine.

Philharmonic-Grade Acoustics

The client, a passionate audiophile, demanded flawless soundproofing. We implemented concert-hall technology:

  • Concealed behind the finishing panels is our proprietary acoustic system made from recycled wood with mathematically calculated perforations.
  • Integrated techno-acoustic felt panels.
  • Premium finishes: custom veneered panels (natural American walnut) and project-grade faux leather, identical to materials used in the world’s top 5-star hotels.

Kitchen: Aesthetics and Practicality

  • Island & Countertops: Solid ash wood combined with durable quartz stone.
  • Fronts: American walnut veneered MDF and white Fenix facades (anti-touch and self-healing).
  • Cabinetry: Eco-friendly, moisture-resistant Kaindl laminated chipboard.
  • Backsplash: HPL plastic that perfectly replicates the texture of our natural veneer.

Bathrooms & Master Suite

To withstand high moisture and chemical exposure, we engineered the bathroom’s radius panels almost entirely from aluminum, painted in a custom metallic shade, complemented by metallic HPL boards. The master suite and luxurious walk-in closet follow the logic of a 5-star hotel and a high-end boutique (like Louis Vuitton or Hermès), leading seamlessly into a high-tech shower room featuring integrated audio, marble, and custom glasswork.

This project is a testament to perfect synergy and our full-cycle production:

  • Trone Grande Factory: Manufacturing of upholstered and acoustic panels, veneering (American walnut), and curved elements.
  • VERDI Production: Engineering, fabrication of wardrobes, kitchens, metalwork, logistics, and turnkey installation.
